No, our project proposal will be what you pay ensuring there’s no unexpected costs. The only exception is when we have a change to the project’s scope during production. Shall any additional cost arise we’ll ensure they’re approved by the client before production continues.

Similar to production cost, turn around time varies completely depending on the scope of the project. A standard video is likely to take 3-6 weeks from concept to final delivery. Smaller projects can take less than a week.

Prior to the commencement of the project we require a deposit of 30% followed by an additional 30% following the return of the rough draft. The remaining 40% is paid when the final draft is delivered.

After providing a ‘rough draft’ the client will have an opportunity to provide feedback with any requested changes. We will then deliver a final draft in which the client will have yet another opportunity to request changes.
